Growing from a small Warwick office to the large rural headquarters you see today has taken time, effort, and above all knowledge. Our growth and success relies on our understand of the automotive industry, and our extensive expertise in all things digital.
In 2008 we merged with MB Advertising, one of the largest marketing agencies in the North of England - and another automotive specialist. Together we form MBBluesky, employing over 140 people and developing intelligent, forward-thinking technology and solutions to ensure your business is in the best possible hands. This group is able to offer a fully integrated range of services - from web design through to campaign management, video production & more. Our industry experience speaks volumes - our technology and services support more than 1000 dealer locations.

How we got here...
The Bluesky Interactive business has grown and changed over the years, but we've always had our client's goals in mind. We know that leading the crowd matters, and as such we have dedicated considerable resources to ensuring that our websites & services stay ahead of the rest of the industry.
Here are some of the key milestones in the journey that got us to where we are today:
2002 - Bluesky Interactive ltd is established by Alan Crane, Managing Director. With a small Kenilworth office and a team of just two in the early days, the company specialises in automotive web design.
New offices in Leamington Spa
2004 - Having had a successful first year of trading the team move to the Grannary in Leamington, making their first move to bigger premises.
2007 - Bluesky relocate again, this time to offices in the centre of the historic medieval market town of Warwick. The business grows in leaps and bounds and the business is departmentalised with both web design and digital marketing services.
Bluesky merge with MB Advertising
2008 - The successful Bluesky business merges with MB Advertising, one of the largest marketing agencies in the North of England. This results in a Group that provides both offline and online marketing to car dealers of all sizes, nationwide – from independent dealers to single and multi-site franchised dealers, including large car supermarkets.
New offices in Lighthorne
2010 - Due to the success for the business and growing staff numbers Bluesky relocates to a picturesque Warwickshire location in Lighthorne where there is room for the business to continue to grow and develop.
Bluesky celebrates 10th Anniversary
2012 - Bluesky Interactive celebrates its 10th Anniversary year. With more than 30 car dealer web design and automotive digital marketing experts working across the business they are recognised as one of the foremost automotive digital suppliers in the UK.
New branch opens in Haywards Heath
2013 - Bluesky opens its third office nationwide, based in Haywards Heath in West Sussex. The newly formed business development team provides a convenient touch point in the south of England
Bluesky Win 2 Car Dealer Power Awards
2014 - The Car Dealer Power awards are the only industry awards voted for by dealers – which is why winning the coveted "Extra Mile" award as well as the award for franchised web design was so satisfying. Alongside 3 other industry commendations this was the icing on a very successful year!
No. 1 in the 2015 Independent Agency Census
2015 - Bluesky Interactive are ranked the best agency in the UK (26-50 staff) for client ratings in the 2015 Independent Agency Census. This census isn’t just for automotive agencies – we topped the list across all fields with similar sized agencies, confirming the service levels and satisfaction of Bluesky Interactive clients
Launch the KIA Used Vehicle Locator
2015 - Among a range of large, exciting projects throughout 2015, we launched our first manufacturer project, working with over 180 dealers and 6,000 vehicles to produce a conversion focused UVL.
New Offices in Burgess Hill
2016 - Thanks to our success in the southern region our local team upgrade to a larger office in order to continue offering dedicated design and client services support to our growing client base.
2017 - Increasing levels of product development and exclusive third party integrations and partnerships lead to the rapid expansion of our in-house development team.
MB Group Sweep Independent Agency Census
2018 - Bluesky and MB Advertising dominated this year’s Independent Agency Census, achieving 1st place nationally in no less than 4 categories. For the second year running we placed 1st in the client rating category, and were also delighted to be leaders in our respective size categories for the impressive "Elite" ranking.

The last quarter has been a challenging one, but that doesn’t mean that we haven’t learnt anything useful from our time spent in lockdown. In fact, as the UK’s car dealers rallied and leapt to embrace the digital showroom and new ways of selling, we saw the pandemic laying the groundwork for some long-term changes and new priorities in automotive digital marketing.
