Reporting to their Account Manager and to the Operations Director, the Account Executive is responsible for supporting and assisting the Account Manager in the management of client accounts, and continuing the high levels of service our clients have come to expect.
Your responsibilities will include compiling reports on the client's performance using cutting-edge digital tools and integrations such as PowerBI, Google analytics and more, offering a great opportunity to build your marketing knowledge and experience. You'll help turn these reports into engaging, informative and product-driven presentations for our client management meetings. You'll have a direct line of contact with your dedicated clients, and we will expect you to build rapport and familiarity with their specific product portfolio, business objectives and approach to challenges. As well as actioning meeting notes and managing our client work system, you will also be monitoring their websites and service to ensure everything is working optimally - and we are hopeful that your enthusiasm means that you will be continually offering suggestions for improvement.
